The PeerNotes workspace runs in any browser — there’s nothing to install to get started. Everything below is an optional add-on that brings capture closer to wherever your thinking happens.

In your browser

Open peernotes.io and you’re in — the whole workspace, no download. Add the clipper and the page you’re reading becomes a source, highlights included:

Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc & Opera

Install the PeerNotes clipper from the Chrome Web Store — one click, with automatic updates. Works in every Chromium-based browser.

Firefox & Safari

The clipper is coming to Firefox and Safari. Until then, use a Chromium-based browser or clip from your phone.
After installing, pin the clipper to your toolbar and click it to sign in to your workspace. See Using the web clipper for the full workflow.

On your phone

The PeerNotes iPhone and Android apps are in private beta. Tell the team a little about your workspace and they’ll send you a build:

Request an Android build.
You can also share a link or screenshot into PeerNotes from any app’s share sheet, or dictate a thought on your way out of a meeting — it lands in the same workspace your teammates pick up from the browser.

In Claude

Install the PeerNotes plugin in Claude Code or Claude Cowork, and Claude answers from your workspace’s notes, sources, and topics instead of the open web.
Then sign in with your PeerNotes account. See Claude plugin for Cowork setup and team syncs.
