PeerNotes is in early access. Accounts are invite-only while the product is being developed. Join the waitlist at forms.gle/aNnZjd8pVNitfwse7 to secure your spot.
Set up your account
1
Request early access
Visit the waitlist form at forms.gle/aNnZjd8pVNitfwse7 and submit your details. Include your team size and use case so we can prioritise your invite — teams are given priority access.
2
Accept your invite
Watch your inbox for an invite email from PeerNotes. Click the Accept invite link inside the email. The link is unique to your email address, so don’t forward it to teammates — they’ll each need their own invite.
3
Log in at peernotes.io
Go to peernotes.io and sign in using the credentials you set when accepting your invite. If you used a Google or GitHub account during sign-up, click the matching social login button instead.
4
Set up your profile
On your first login, PeerNotes prompts you to complete your profile. Add your name, a profile photo, and your role so teammates can identify you easily during real-time collaboration sessions.
5
Create or join a workspace
You can either create a new workspace for your team or join an existing one using an invite link shared by a teammate.
- To create a workspace, enter a name and optionally upload a logo, then invite teammates by email.
- To join an existing workspace, open the invite link your teammate shared — it will drop you straight into the workspace after a single confirmation step.
